How do I download PreserveSoft?
PreserveSoft can be downloaded in the “My Account” section.
Do I need internet access to use PreserveSoft?
Yes, your computer MUST be connected to the internet to access your data
on the PreserveSoft servers.
What are the minimum system requirements to use PreserveSoft?
Windows
- Intel® Pentium® III 1GHz or faster processor, 512MB of RAM
- Recommended: Pentium 4 2GHZ or faster, 1GB RAM or more
- 32 or 64 bit editions of: Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000,

Can all my employees access PreserveSoft at the same time?
Yes.
How do I input work orders into your system?
We have designed our software to do an almost automatic upload for LPS clients. You will simply collect your PDF files and easily upload them all at once into our system. The software will determine and separate all of the information automatically for you.
Can PreserveSoft automatically enter work orders for all Nationals?
Not yet. As we collect data from new clients, we will write code to allow automatic uploads
for other nationals.
How do I enter my work orders if my National is not on the automatic upload list?
There is a very easy form to cut and paste your information that the National provides you right into our software.
Does your software automatically upload my PCR reports and pictures to my National.
No. Currently, no National is offering Web Service. Web service is needed for our software
to communicate with the National for this to happen.
Do my contractors need any special equipment? e.g. PDA, iPhone?
No. Many contractors carry a laptop or netbook in the field with an air card. This allows them
to upload in real time after each job to their office. If an office decides that they do not want
to upload from the field, simply have the contractor upload from home that evening, or when they get back to the office.
Do my contractors have to have Internet service while working in the field?
No. If your office wants or needs the information in real time then a laptop/netbook and
an air card would be required.
Do I have to have a central office for all of my office staff to work out of, or can I have
a virtual office where all or some of my staff work from home?
No office is needed. Since PreserveSoft transmit information over the interest, anyone
can work from any location as long as they have a good Internet connection.
How many contractors and office staff can I have on PreserveSoft?
As many as you need and want. You can manage your license subscriptions
in the “My Account” section
