Here is a quick overview of what PreserveSoft does.



  • You can instantly upload your PDF files into PreserveSoft. This allows PreserveSoft to automatically identify the work orders and define them into categories and assign them directly to your contractor queue's in a matter of seconds. This function is currently set for LPS work orders. Other nationals will be added quickly on an as needed basis. If the national is not available for automatic upload, there is a very easy manual import screen to cut and paste your work order info into.


  • After the work orders are imported, they are sent to the contractor's queues. Contractors have their own passwords and an access their queues from anywhere they have Internet. They can quickly and easily print and map their work orders for the day. What used to take one hour now can be done in minutes.


  • After the contractor completes a job, he simply uploads the pictures into PreserveSoft using a simple function to do so. Pictures are automatically uploaded and tied to the particual work order. A contractor can also add notes that the processor can see.


  • After a contractor has upload photos, the work order goes to a queue for processing. The office staff simply choose a work order to process. They then have access to the pictures, work order, and any notes from the contractor. After uploading the info into their national's software, they can add the invoice, invoice amount, and invoice number as well as any notes. This places all this information in one place and archives the work order to be available to be viewed in a search.
